Product release – September 2015
During September a bunch of new cool features were released. Now the admins can mark their employee’s courses as completed and they can also reassign a completed course to an employee, for example in case they consider the employee’s progress as poor.
Here is the list of our great new features:
- Mark as admin an employee’s course/curriculum as completed
- Oblige to retake a course.
- Drill down in curriculum report to courses-lectures-exams-on the job
- Visibility rules of courses based on jobs (through the categories)
Mark as admin an employee’s course/curriculum as completed
You, as an academy administrator or training manager, are able to mark an individual’s course work as complete, if needed.

Oblige to retake a course
This is a new setting for an admin to make a user to retake a course.

Drill down in curriculum report
The curriculum reporting tools became more powerful now. There is a drill down in the curriculum report that allows you to have a full overview of the user’s progress, including the reports for each course, exam and on-the-job-training that are part of this curriculum.
Visibility rules of courses based on jobs
You, as an academy administrator or training manager, are able set visibility rules to courses based on several jobs through the categories.
