On the Job Training
Upload document to complete on the job training tasks
You can now request from trainees to accomplish some sort of homework, and then verify that they have completed this by uploading an assignment document or file in an on the job training task. As an admin or training manager, you can afterwards download the assignment and assess it.

Assessment requests tracking
We had recently launched a new feature that allows you to request from managers to assess employees’ skills. An extended functionality that has been added, allows you to track these requests on a separate dashboard. Use this dashboard to monitor whether the assessments are complete and who is responsible for their completion.

Define specific types of course credits
You can now specify types of credits, associate them with a course, and a job, in a way that someone would know that an amount of specific course credits should be acquired within a period of 6 months, or a year. Credit types work as specialization titles, reflecting the level of employees knowledge and the focus of their training.

Make events visible only to specific units or above units
Registration – based events are open to everyone in your academy. You can now restrict the access of your events to specific units, above units or jobs, based on your organizational structure.

New way to manage multiple offers of an event
Only the master event is now visible in the list of an event with multiple offers.

Evaluate employee’s attendance in events
The trainer can now give a score to each attendant.
Admins can now delete failed exam attempts
When an employee has reached the maximum number of allowed attempts in an exam without succeeding, the admin can move on deleting the attempts, or marking the exam as complete.

New report in Basic Reporting for events
In the Basic Reports, you can now download a report for the event selected with info for each attendant.
Measure the impact of sporadic and ongoing training
Training can be periodic, or on an ongoing basis. You now have a new dashboard where you can investigate different performance metrics to see if there’s any dependence between training and business outcome.

Monitor the relationship between business units and business growth
To better interpret your business outcome, you can now measure the dependency between different KPIs, i.e business units or departments, and the impact this relationship has on your business outcome. This way you can define which areas of your business require further training.

Explore the impact of your organization’s Knowledge Fuel
This powerful business intelligence tool enables you to explore the impact of your training even further, by monitoring whether the knowledge offered through training to your employees is impactful to your business, on a personal or collective level. Use this tool to monitor the impact of training on your business growth, or on your employees’ skills strength.
